Cancelling a booking and getting a refund

Each freelancer chooses a Flexible, Moderate or Strict cancellation policy, shown before you book. Cancel from the booking page; the refund is calculated automatically and returned to your original payment method. If the freelancer cancels or doesn't show up, you always get a full refund.
