How escrow protects your payment

When you book or accept a quote, your payment goes into Hirevia escrow, not to the freelancer. The freelancer is paid only after you approve the work, or automatically 7 days after they mark it delivered if you don't respond. If something goes wrong, report a problem from the booking and the money stays on hold until it's resolved.
